Pavel Frajdt graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava, majoring in economic policy, but he realized that he would rather devote himself to sports, specifically CrossFit. Previously, he devoted his time to football and swimming, but since 2012 he has focused only on CrossFit. He holds a CrossFit L1 certification. What he enjoys the most is pushing his own limits, as well as those of his opponents, and competing himself, in which he gets great results.
