The operator processes the freely provided personal data of the client to the extent of the provided personal data indicated in particular in the registration form, namely first name, last name, date of birth, place of residence, phone number. number, e-mail address, card number, photo, as the processing of this personal data is necessary for the establishment and duration of membership in APCF for the purpose of providing services to the client and fulfilling the resulting rights and obligations and for the fulfillment of the operator’s obligations imposed by generally binding legal regulations. The processing of personal data by the operator is carried out for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned processing purposes. The data is stored on my own and third-party sources.
The client can express his consent to contact and sending current information, offers and member benefits by checking the appropriate box. By checking this box, both the client and the affected person freely and voluntarily grant the operator their express consent to the processing of the provided personal data in the scope of name, surname, date of birth, email, address, phone number. number, card number, for the purpose of contacting and sending current information, offers and member benefits (marketing purposes) through various channels, namely email, SMS, phone calls, mail, social networks. This consent to the processing of personal data is granted by the client for the duration of his membership in APCF and subsequently for three calendar years. The client can withdraw consent to the processing of the client’s personal data for marketing purposes at any time by sending an email to the operator at info@alphaprimecrossfit.com.

The operator uses the provided and automatically generated data to create useful and personalized (adapted to the client’s area of interest) advertising. This includes e.g. information about name, date of birth, time and number of visits to establishments, goods purchased and services used, client activity at the operator’s events. This information is used by the operator only if the client, by ticking the appropriate box for such use, has given the operator consent to the evaluation of personal data for marketing purposes (consent to personalized advertising). This consent to personalized advertising is granted by the client to the operator for the duration of consent to the processing of the client’s personal data for marketing purposes according to the previous point. If the client does not wish to receive personalized advertising, he can withdraw his consent at any time by sending an email to the operator.
In order to create useful marketing communication, the Provider produces photo and video material in the premises of APCF. This material is used by the operator for promotion purposes on the website and on the Facebook and Instagram platforms. The client can express disagreement in writing by sending an email to info@alphaprimecrossfit.com to the operator.
Failure to grant consent for marketing purposes and/or consent to personalized advertising is not a reason for denial of membership in the APCF club and provision of operator services.
The client is responsible for the completeness, truthfulness and correctness of the provided personal data. In the event of a change in the provided personal data, the client is obliged to immediately notify the operator of the change.
In case of out-of-date personal data, withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, after fulfillment of the purpose or period for which consent to the processing of personal data was granted, or if the storage is impermissible for any legal reasons, the stored personal data will be deleted.

In the event that the client exercises any of the rights of the person concerned according to the legal regulations governing the protection of personal data and it is not possible to verify the identity of the applicant from the client’s request, or in the event that the operator has legitimate doubts regarding the identity of the person submitting the request, he reserves the right to the operator has the right to ask this person to provide additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the person making this request. As a data subject, the client has the right to file a complaint with the operator and the supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic, with headquarters at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, if he suspects that his personal data is being processed in violation of applicable legislation.
The operator declares that it processes personal data only for the above-mentioned purposes and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant EU legislation, using appropriate technical, organizational and security measures. The client’s personal data may be provided to the extent necessary to the following entities, respectively. categories of subjects, if it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were obtained, namely public authorities, providers of IT services, accounting services, external trainers, Crew (operations manager), external sales representatives.
