On Ramp - course for beginners

Crossfit class for beginners is for everyone, no matter your age, weight, body proportions or physical fitness.

On the On Ramp course we will teach you all the basic exercises that you will later use in our workouts and in addition we will also teach you how to move properly, which will help you in everyday life.

CrossFit - group training

At the beginning of the 60 min. workout there is a common warm-up and warm-up, focusing on the content of the workout (gymnastics, weightlifting, endurance development, etc.).
Each day of the week, the training is focused on the development of different movement skills with the aim of developing the general physical fitness of the trainee.

Group training is for anyone with CrossFit experience or after completing our On Ramp course for safety and to maintain the flow of the workout.

The workout is led by an experienced CrossFit coach and is limited to 16 people.
